We are looking for a skilled Accounting Transaction specialist to be responsible for establishing and operating accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions that are primarily related to United States and European operations.

AP/AR Specialist – Europe

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Accounts Transaction Specialist will be located in our Noida, India office with responsibilities including:

  • Timely enter vendor invoices to the payment register and to the accounts payable ledger in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
  • Resolve vendor invoicing discrepancies
  • Prepare bank reconciliations for payable accounts
  • Create vendors and customers in the accounting system
  • Processing incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
  • Preparing sales invoices and posting customer cash receipts to appropriate customer accounts
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all cash receipts are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ payment issues
  • Facilitate payment of sales invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
  • Perform/monitor business processes and ensure that internal controls are generating effectively as designed.
